Shipping Information

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts, processing time and shipping time.

1) Processing: It generally takes around 3-7 days to customize the lenses, then the frame and the lenses will be assembled.

2) Shipping: 

The following shipping methods for different locations may be updated/disabled/enabled due to the capabilities/policies of the carriers/customs.

You will be notified before shipping if it can't be fulfilled temporarily.

Q: My shipping address is in the EU, do I have to pay the duty? Is the tax included in the price?

A: The import tax and duty are not included in the product price. However, if you choose free shipping, the VAT in the EU will be paid by us.
